I am sure you wish for a good life! Yes, I am talking to you. :P

People want to be blessed with good things in life but trust me nothing comes free of cost. You have to practice good habits to have good things in life.

Here are a few pro tips that I truly believe and try to follow most of the time.

  1. Be Interested and Interesting!

Intrest word has a drive. It can take you where you want to go. You can get lost into it. These two words are highly coupled. You have to be an empathetic listener to be ‘interested’ and when you take in a lot of information you automatically become interesting.

2. Be in good shape.

I recall moments from my childhood. We had two mirrors in our house one for the kids keeping their height in mind and the other one for grownups. My father wrote a note with bold letters on the mirror.

“ Look at yourself, You ready to fly ?”

Looking at the mirror we basically made sure that we are in fit physically and mentally, that we look confident, that we are ready to go out and beat the negative energy outside.

3. Talk to yourself.

Mirror talking

This basically means you tell yourself positive and negative things about yourself and the more you talk to yourself, the more you tell yourself to be what you want. The point to note here is that you have to avoid ‘negation’ in your sentences. For example “ “Talk about the things you want to do in life and be in life. We all deserve and desire to be in a good place in life.

4. Ask for what you want.

I have been introduced by the concept of the power of manifestation recently and that has a huge impact on me lately.

Ask-Believe-Recieve-Respect

You have to believe if you want something in life that you are going to get it. You see things happening what you want to see, what you believe to happen. A lot of people don’t believe in-universe thing but I do buy it and if you believe that is something surreal.

5. Learn Discipline.

At its core, Practice is a lonely pursuit.

Pet a new habit. I totally agree with the saying “Easier said than done” but also that it just takes 21 days to learn/adapt any new thing.

Also, I find cooking very interesting in two ways. A- You become self-sufficient the day you can feed yourself.;) B- The spiritual part is, every time you feed someone else, you get blessings.

That’s all I have got to say!

Cheers!!
